SHIPPING POLICY

By placing an order on AntreGothique®, you agree to the terms below. 

1. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and especially the destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping costs is collected at time of purchase. The final price of your order includes shipping costs.

2. Shipping time

When you place an order with AntreGothique®, the maximum shipping time is 5 business days. Delivery time can range from 2 to 4 weeks.

Generally, orders shipped internationally may be in transit for 4 days. However, this period may exceptionally be longer (up to around twenty days). This varies greatly depending on the type of delivery selected, the supplier and the carrier.

Our teams contact item storage locations Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except on national holidays, at which time shipping will not be activated from storage locations.

It is important to note the difference between shipping and delivery. Shipping corresponds to the action of sending the items from an order. Delivery is the act of transporting items and ensuring their transportation to a destination address.

3. Shipping Tracking

At the time of shipment, you will receive a tracking link from which you can follow the progress of the shipment based on the latest updates made by the carrier.

4. Exceeding the delivery time

If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time of 4 weeks, please contact us at the email address at contact@antregothique.com so that we can process your request.

5. Products damaged in transit

If you notice that a product has been damaged during transport, please reject the delivery and contact our customer service at contact@antregothique.com. 

6. Duties and taxes

6.1 Sales tax

VAT is applied to the price of the goods. 

The prices displayed are inclusive of tax. 

6.2 Import duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be due upon arrival in the destination country.

In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, the customer is the importer of the item(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and are their sole responsibility.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your country, the goods will be returned to AntreGothique® at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund of the value of the goods paid, less the cost of return shipping. 

The cost of the original shipping will not be refunded.

7. Cancellations before order processing

If you change your mind before your order is processed, we accept cancellation. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to the articles concerning the Right of Withdrawal in our General Conditions of Sale.

8. Insurance and loss by postal services

Packages are insured against damage and loss up to the value declared by the carrier. The loss is recorded in the event that the postal service confirms the loss. A delivery confirmed by the postal services will be considered valid.

8.1 Products damaged during transport

In such a situation, the customer must first send proof of the damage(s) to contact@antregothique.com (description and photos attached).

8.2 Parcels lost in transit

In the event that the postal service confirms a loss in transit, AntreGothique® will replace the product(s) ordered.
