DELIVERY AND ORDER
When will you receive your order?
The processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products and our free delivery require our team a maximum of 15 to 21 working days. We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our products.
How can you track your package?
The customer is notified by email of the shipment of his order. This email contains a link allowing you to know the different stages of the delivery of the order by the carrier.
How much does delivery cost you?
Delivery is possible worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required and all our deliveries are free.
Your order is not complete!
If you have ordered several products, they may be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. You don't have to worry, your package will arrive shortly.
Is your package lost, broken or destroyed?
With Antre Gothique® secure delivery, shipped packages are insured against damage and loss up to the value declared by the carrier. The loss is recorded in the event that the postal service confirms the loss. A delivery confirmed by the postal services will be considered valid.
Products damaged during transport
In such a situation, the customer must first send proof of the damage(s) to contact@antregothique.com (description and photos attached).
Packages lost in transit
In the event that the postal service confirms a loss in transit, Antre Gothique® will replace the product(s) ordered.
Delivery conditions for overseas France (DOM-TOM)
Deliveries to overseas France (DOM-TOM) are often longer (up to 2 months of waiting from the day of order) in order to remain financially accessible for our customers. An additional cost for delivery is requested for the following countries:
- Guadeloupe
- Guyana
- The meeting
- Martinique
- Mayotte
- New Caledonia
- Saint-Barthélemy
- Saint Pierre and Miquelon
- Saint-Martin
- Wallis and futuna
- French Polynesia

You wish to return an item
Our items pass very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product concerned (preferably in the original packaging) to contact@antregothique.com accompanied by your order number.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Refer to our General Terms and Conditions.
Please note that the return costs to the address we give you will be your responsibility.

Payment methods we accept
Your security is one of our priorities: our site only offers secure and guaranteed safe payment methods.
- By bank card (Visa card, Eurocard/Mastercard) in the payment form offered during the order process (entry secured by SSL encryption), by entering the type of card, the number of your card without spaces between the numbers, the control number (located on the back of your card) as well as the expiry date.

How to order a product?
We make your shopping experience as easy as possible.

We also offer you the possibility of creating an account to make the process even simpler.
Is it possible to accumulate discount codes?
No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order.
Do you have an import tax?
Antre Gothique® ships its products all over the world and does so legally. However, the buyer is responsible for their country's import taxes, so we take no responsibility for them.
