In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, you have a full right of withdrawal. You have a 14-calendar-day cooling-off period from the receipt of your package to change your mind, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties. This right allows you to examine our products at home with complete peace of mind, just as you would if you were visiting a physical store.

To simplify your process, we have provided the form below. Simply complete it to inform us of your decision. After validation, you will have an additional 14 days to return the item to us in its original condition and packaging. Upon receipt and verification by us, we will proceed with a full refund of your order, including any potential delivery costs (at the standard rate).

Please note that return shipping costs remain your responsibility. Products must be returned in good condition and in their original packaging.
