Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, you are entitled to a full right of withdrawal. You have a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your package to change your mind, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties. This right allows you to examine our products at home in complete peace of mind, just as you would if you were visiting a physical store.

To simplify the process, we have provided the form below for your use. Simply complete it to inform us of your decision. Once validated, you will have a further 14 days to return the item to us in its original condition and packaging. Upon receipt and verification by our team, we will issue a full refund for your order, including any shipping costs (at the standard rate).
